GetMyHelp

What a society sets up with GetMyHelp

  • Helpers: The helpers already working here, registered and verified
  • Rates: One rate card, agreed with the committee, for every flat
  • Plans: Chosen per household — cleaning, utensils, cooking
  • Leave: Cover coordinated by GetMyHelp, not by you
  • Issues: One point of contact, not the society WhatsApp group

Animation: the camera enters a residential society and a flat in a mess. A verified helper walks in and puts the home in order, then every flat in the society lights up.

Domestic help, organised by your society

Your maid shouldn’t be a monthly problem to solve.

GetMyHelp partners with your society — not just your flat. We register and verify the helpers already working in your community, agree fair rates once with your committee, and coordinate the day-to-day, so no household has to negotiate alone.

I’m a resident

Sound familiar?

Every household is solving the same problem. Alone.

Most families in a society rely on the same small group of helpers. Yet each flat handles attendance, pricing and replacements by itself — and it never quite gets solved.

  1. Didi, aaj nahi aa paungi.

    I can’t come today.6:52 am

    The early-morning message

Someone is unwell or has to go home, and suddenly your whole day is being rearranged around dishes and floors.

  2. Upar wale zyada de rahe hain.

    The flat upstairs pays more.Sunday

A different rate in every flat

The same work is priced differently across the building, and every household renegotiates on its own.

  3. Kal se nayi wali aayegi.

Someone new is coming from tomorrow.Monday

A new face at the door

Replacements arrive with no introduction and no way of knowing who is coming into your home.

  4. Bartan ki baat toh hui hi nahi thi.

We never agreed on utensils.1st of the month

    Nobody wrote it down

What the job includes was never agreed clearly, so it gets argued again every few weeks.

The society-first approach

The fix isn’t a better app. It’s an arrangement your whole society shares.

GetMyHelp isn’t a marketplace for booking strangers. We organise domestic help at the society level, so the basics are settled once and everyone benefits.

Flat by flat

A different rate in every flat

The same work is priced differently across the building, and every household renegotiates on its own.

With GetMyHelp

One society-agreed rate card

Rates are agreed with your committee, based on flat size and the work involved, and are the same for every participating household.

  • A partnership with your society

We work with your RWA, AOA or managing committee, so the arrangement is set up once for the whole community instead of flat by flat.

  • Your existing helpers, registered and verified

We start with the people already working in your society. They register with us and complete verification before working through GetMyHelp.

  • One society-agreed rate card

Rates are agreed with your committee, based on flat size and the work involved, and are the same for every participating household.

  • A plan for each household

Every home chooses the services it actually needs, with a clear, written scope of what is and isn’t included.

  • Structured coordination

Attendance, leave and replacement requests come to us — one point of contact for residents, helpers and the committee.

Not another maid-booking app.

Booking apps are built for one-off visits. A household with a regular helper needs something different.

How it works

Three steps. Most of them are ours.

Setting up GetMyHelp takes one decision from your society. After that, the coordination is our job.

  1. Your committee

    Start the conversation

Send us a society enquiry. We meet your RWA, AOA or managing committee to understand the society and agree the scope of work and a single rate card.

  2. Your helpers

Register the helpers you already know

Helpers already working in the society are invited to register and complete verification. Where there are gaps, we introduce additional verified helpers.

  3. Each household

Pick a plan and get on with your day

Residents choose the services their home needs. We coordinate schedules, leave and replacements — so issues come to us, not to the committee.

Services & household plans

Everyday help, written down clearly.

Each household builds a plan from the services below. What’s included is agreed upfront, so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

Choose what your home needs

Combine cleaning, utensils and cooking — one service or all three.

Set timings that work for you

Plans are arranged around your household’s routine and your helper’s schedule.

Priced by your society’s rate card

Rates are agreed with your committee, based on flat size and the work involved — not negotiated door to door.

We don’t publish a single price list: each society agrees its own rate card with us. Exact scope and timings are confirmed with your society before launch.

Leave & replacements

People take leave. We plan for it — honestly.

Helpers fall ill, travel home and have families of their own. Instead of pretending absences won’t happen, we coordinate cover so the problem doesn’t land on you.

  1. Planned leave

Festivals, family visits, a trip home

Your helper tells us in advance. We let you know, and work to line up cover from verified helpers in or near your society for those days.

  2. Unplanned absence

    Illness or a sudden emergency

Tell us, or we’ll hear from your helper. We look for a verified replacement and keep you updated, so you’re not making calls at 7 am.

  3. When they’re back

    Your regular helper returns

Your plan, timings and scope stay exactly as they were. Cover is temporary; your relationship with your helper isn’t.

What we won’t promise

We won’t promise a same-day replacement every time. How quickly we can arrange cover depends on helper availability around your society, and we’ll tell your committee plainly what to expect before you sign up.

Who it’s for

Easier for the committee. Calmer for every home.

For RWA, AOA and BOM members

Bring order to something every resident talks about.

  • One agreement for the society, instead of hundreds of separate household disputes
  • A record of the helpers working in your society, with verification done
  • A single, agreed rate card residents can rely on
  • A point of contact for helper-related issues, outside the committee
  • A gentle transition — existing helpers are part of it from day one

For residents

Reliable help, without the monthly negotiation.

  • No more negotiating rates flat by flat
  • A clear, written scope of what your plan includes
  • Leave cover coordinated for you
  • Know who is coming into your home
  • Keep the helper your family already trusts

Trust, both ways

Good for the people who do the work, too.

Domestic work keeps our homes running. A fair arrangement for helpers is what makes the service dependable for residents.

“Residents should know who is coming into their home. Helpers should know what the job is, and what it pays.”
The idea GetMyHelp is built on

For residents: verification

Every helper registered through GetMyHelp completes identity and address verification before working in your society.

  • Registered, not replaced

We start with the helpers your society already knows. Joining GetMyHelp doesn’t mean replacing the people you rely on.

  • Consistent rates

A society-agreed rate card means helpers aren’t bargained down door to door for the same work.

  • A clear scope of work

Everyone knows what a plan includes. Extra work is discussed and agreed, not assumed.

  • Leave is respected

Taking a day off shouldn’t put anyone’s job at risk. Cover is our responsibility, not a reason for conflict.

  • Booking apps match individual flats with whoever is available for a visit. GetMyHelp works with the whole society: we register the helpers already working there, agree one rate card with the committee, and coordinate everyday issues like leave — so residents aren’t solving the same problem flat by flat.

  • No. We start with the helpers already working in your society and invite them to register. Where a household needs someone new, we introduce additional verified helpers.

  • Yes. Helpers registered through GetMyHelp complete identity and address verification before they start. We walk your committee through the checks during onboarding.

  • Rates are agreed once with your society’s committee, based on flat size and the work involved. The same rate card then applies to every participating household, so nobody has to negotiate on their own.

  • Tell us, or your helper will. We work to arrange cover from verified helpers in or near your society and keep you updated. We can’t guarantee a same-day replacement every time — it depends on availability — and we’ll be upfront about what to expect in your society.

  • Usually your RWA, AOA or managing committee. If you’re a resident, join the waitlist and share this page with your committee — we’re happy to speak with them.

  • Yes. Let us know what you’d like to change and we’ll adjust your household plan, subject to your helper’s schedule.

  • We’re starting with residential societies in Ghaziabad. If your society is elsewhere, send an enquiry anyway — it helps us decide where to go next.
